The role combines responsibility for general office administration and assisting with the day to day running of the seeds business. The person is required to meet specific deadlines together with the conduct of a wide variety of secretarial and administration support duties to the Packet Seeds Manager.
Administration
General office duties to include typing of memos, letters
Ensure that archives and records are accurate and readily available.
Plan, organise and prioritise tasks assigned.
Ensure deadlines are met and that work levels are maintained.
Communicate / liaise effectively with all relevant departments.
Maintain confidentiality of data at all times.
Customer Service
Promote and maintain a customer focused environment
Ensure that service users are treated with dignity and respect
Act on feedback from service users / customers and report same to Line Manager
Inventory Handling
Receiving, sorting, counting and storing incoming stock.
Efficiently pick and assemble customer orders for shipping.
Order Processing
Data entry of customer orders and processing to despatch / shipping.
Customer interaction / query follow up / admin support

Strong Office 365 skills, especially Excel
Excellent attention to details.
Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English
Knowledge of SAP an advantage.
